“Before even deciding to list/buy a new house, my wife and I were dreading the process of having to deal with a realtor and have to go through the hassles of finding someone that could help us sell our current house and know enough about the market and areas we were looking in to find us our next home. It wasn't until my friend told me about how great his realtor was (Jitka) and how supportive and knowledgeable she was about the process and area that made me feel more at ease. Once we decided to pull the trigger and move forward with the process I asked for Jitka to be assigned to me by name. Immediately following the assignment, Jitka reached out to me and we had a game plan set. She was a woman on a mission. She came to my home and she had months of recent sales and print outs of all the properties in the surrounding area that she prepared to help get us to the right listing price. I didn't even know realtors did that. She surprised us over and over again with her preparedness and her knowledge. Her listing of our home was flawless and she was extremely helpful with preparing the house for showings and helped with the scheduling of showings and handling all the offers that we received. The search for a new home was difficult due to a few things and Jitka knew coming into it that it would be a tedious and demanding process. She stuck by us the whole way. Never gave up, never let off, and was always supportive and helpful. She was always able to put my wife and I at ease when looking at houses. She has the eye of an inspector and would point out areas of concern that needed to be taken into consideration while we were looking at houses. She was so prepared for each showing and always knew the history of the house. We had some issues (not on our end) the day before closing that almost caused a delay. Jitka came to the rescue and was able to keep everything on schedule. I still do not know how she was able to do it but she came through yet again and surprised us with her ability to do whatever she could for her customer. I would recommend Jitka to anyone that is looking for a home or looking to sell their home. You are going to get service that is unmatched, knowledge that is far beyond anyone else's of the market and area and you are going to have someone on your team that will do whatever she can to make you happy.
